Take a lesson of “上生菓子(Jyonamagashi)：Traditional Japanese sweets made by Anko(red beans paste) that has always beautiful shape like seasonal flowers” from real Wagashi Master. He owns 2 well-known wagashi shops named “あおやま菓匠(Aoyama-Kasho)” which runs from 1973.
