We haven’t decided on our destination in Japan yet. Is it possible to consult at such a stage?

Of course. in Japan, there are many great places to visit depending on the season and your interests. We are proud of our ability to hear your requests and make the best proposals. Please feel free to contact us.
  • Planning

We already booked the flight on our own. Can you help with everything else?

Yes. We can arrange not only flights, train tickets (Shinkansen or other JR lines), many types of hotels including Ryokan or farm stays, airport transfer, bus charter, car rental, unique activities, booking restaurants and so on. Please ask for whatever you need.
  • Conditions

Can I join the tour even with a wheelchair?

One of our goals is to realize a society where everyone can enjoy traveling together without worries. Please let us know your conditions, what you want to do or cannot do, then we will try to look for the best possible places for you.

Do you offer any guided tours other than English?

We mainly offer tours in English, but please ask.

Is it OK if the number of participants is not determined yet?

At least 2 weeks before your (or your customers’) arrival, please let us know the exact number. However, we might not be able to accommodate your request if you add guests beyond the capacity of booked hotel or transfer.
  • Change / Cancel

Until when can I cancel or change the itinerary?

Change / Cancellation conditions depend on the property, plan or service being booked. Please check the policy at the time of the application. Depending on the timing of the change or cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Payment

How can I pay for my booking?

We accept credit card and bank transfer (Japanese Bank, SMBC or MUFG Bank). Please kindly bear the bank transfer charges by yourself.
  • Discount

Do you offer a special price for students or a group rate?

Depending on the facility, they might have a discount. We will follow through with them and it will be reflected in the estimate.
  • Insurance

Do I need travel insurance?

We highly recommend it. Be sure to get a policy that covers not only medical care, but also lost luggage, cancelled hotel and plane tickets, and damaged or stolen gear (although theft in Japan is extremely rare, it does occasionally occur). Don’t forget to bring the insurance certificate when you travel.
  • On travel

After arriving in Japan, unexpected things may happen and we may need some changes. What should we do?

At first, please directly contact the related facilities following the travel itinerary we give you before departure. If you cannot solve your problem by yourselves, we will help you or your customers as much as possible. (It may be difficult to respond on weekends and holidays.)
